First and most likely you already have, how is the hydrauilic oil level? when was the last time you serviced the filters in the tank? How are the other functions performing? When you say won't turn, tracks or house?
Especially if your hydraulic oil has a burnt odor to it, I would suggest at the very minimum to change the filters now.. Have you noticed any noises recently/in the past? like a pump sucking air/growling, this would be one indication that the pump could be starved of oil caused by a restricted filter(enough flow for some functions, but not enough for all) The track motors in particular require the most gpm out of all the circuits on the machine. Also, be sure to change the pilot filter as well, this alone could be the problem, pilot pressure not being sufficient to charge the pilot circuit, in turn causing only partial activation of the spool valves.
