VerifiedHi K,I would suspect a short in the wiring,the fact you just replaced the solenoid leads me to believe that when you moved the wires to the solenoid it took the short away until the machines vibrations caused the short to come back.With equipment like this I have found many cases of wiring harness chafing and shorts.Check the wiring closely,a lot of times it has a plastic casing enclosing the wires and its hard to find the bare wires. When you say solenoid are you talking about the 3 wire solenoid under the cab?
Above the battery ( do not know you ser #) there is a strap with 4 black relays on it. They are marked "switched power" "starter" Glow plug" "Brake" All the power to the solenoid under the cab goes through this relay. The 3 wire solenoid does draw a fair amount of juice and this relay can go bad. You can trade places with the "glow plug" and check it out that way. I would suspect this relay, especially since you have been blowing fuses.Also be sure to check the 3 wires where they go by the left pedal linkage that goes from one side to the other.
There are a bunch of ground wires bolted by the starter, make sure these are ok
