Brakelights..All other light work correctly..turn signal switch

Resolved Question:

1999 International 4700 flat bed wrecker, no brake lights. All other light work correctly. replace turn signal switch #3566945C91 and same bad results. Brake light switch has voltage at all times on the feed wire{orange} and switches power to other orange wire connected to it when pressing brake pedal. Where does wire go from brake switch?

Welcome to JA!

Where was this fuse link at?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.

Fusable link was in series with the output side of the brake switch. Light are now working.

Expert:  Rudolph Diesel replied 8 years ago.

This must be a add on by the flat bed installer.

The wiring from the brake switch goes to the turn signal switch from there out to the lights and the power comes from the A side of the power supply should be hot all the time.
