My OB just recently prescribed me and I didn't realize I had to break the .5 mg in half so I ran out. I was only taking 1 a day in the morning.

Just a usual panick attack I get where my chest feel fluttery like I have to rub it my mind is racing and I know you can get a seizure from withdraw so that is what's intensifying this panick
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
Palms sweaty I can usually work myself through them with breathing but I am just worried about going to sleep , I almost fell asleep before and was like jolted awake and that's what triggered my panick attack
Health Professional: Onlinedoc, General Physician replied 8 months ago

Sorry for late reply and inconvenience.
Thanks for the follow-up.
I understand your concern.
As per your description, you were taking a low dose of the Klonopin, and your withdrawal symptoms may be minor and they will last for next 1-2 days.

Chances of seizures at such low dose are very slim.

You should maintain a good hydration and elevate your head while sleeping.

You should continue deep breathing exercises.

Feel free for further queries. It's good to discuss rather than quit.

Thank you to the Physician who answered my question today. The answer was far more informative than what I got from the Physicians I saw in person for my problem.

JulieLockesburg, AR

You have been more help than you know. I seriously don't know what my sisters situation would be today if you had not gone above and beyond just answering my questions.

John and StefanieTucson, AZ

I have been dealing with an extremely serious health crisis for over three years, and one your physicians asked me more questions, gave me more answers and encouragement than a dozen different doctors who have been treating me!!
