Tingling on right side of back of neck and lower part of hair. I'm 34. I do have severe forward neck from posture. Can this be pinched nerve
JA: How long have you been dealing with this issue? Are you experiencing any numbness or tingling?
Customer: No pain or numbness just tingling. Off and on last couple of days
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

As per your description, it sounds most likely nerve impingement.

And you should do gentle massage with topical diclofenac sodium ointment and warm compresses on back of neck.

Also take OTC Advil.

I would advise physical therapy.

If your symptoms'll not show any improvement then see your Orthopedist for a clinical exam and MRI of cervical spine.

Just having some concerns about nerve inpingement diagnosis when there is no pain or pulled muscles, feel otherwise normal

As per your description,your tingling sensation is associated with nerve impingement.

It could result from pressure on nerves as you have severe forward neck from posture.

Try such self care remedies as mentioned in previous reply.

Maintain a good posture.
