As per your description, your hemoglobin is slightly low and it indicates anemia.

I would advise to do further testing including Serum folic acid,Vitamin B 12,complete Iron profile,Serum calcium and Vitamin D3 levels checked to rule out type of anemia.

You should start a multivitamin & multi-minerals supplement.

You should eat small meals at regular intervals.

Maintain a good hydration with gatorade.

Also do deep breathing and aerobic exercises.

Start a probiotic.

Try Pepcid for few days.

You should see your doctor for a clinical correlation.

And get proper treatment according to underlying cause.

What kind of multivitamin or multi minerals do you recommend?
For how long should I take them

You should try vitamin and multi mineral supplements including vitamin B12, folic acid (folate),Vitamin C,Iron,zinc.

Foods that can help are

Red and white meats
Shellfish
Eggs
Cheese
Yogurt
Drinking plenty of liquids

You should take them for 1-2 months daily.

Thanks my b12 is good I got it tested. Is anemia a function of negative blood group?Because it comes back to me every 6 months
