I've recently been having left side and lower abdominal

Customer Question

I've recently been having left side and lower abdominal pain, intermittent diarrhea and constipation. Pain seems to ease after bowel movement and lying/sitting down
JA: How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: About 3weeks. Its worse after eating fast food, better when sitting or lying down and after bowel movement
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Two c-section surgeries and I've had my tubes tied.

No blood, mucus or pus. Tylenol seems to help

Are you there?

Ok

This can be due to the food intolerance and lack of adequate dietary fibers in your diet.

You should avoid high fat containing food.

Try to eat more fruits, vegetables.

Soluble fiber supplements like metamucil can be tried.

Probiotics like Florastor also can be tried daily to improve colon health.

Best wishes
