I am sorry you are having these symptoms.

you could have decline of your estrogen levels at your age to cause no periods and fatigue.

constipation, diverticulosis can causelower abdominal discomfort.

do you have a GP doctor you can see who can do some testing for you? you may benefit from a stomach acid reducing medication and drinking more water and fluids.

and having blood tests to check if you are going into menopause.

I have suffered with constipation recently but things back to normal. Would this explain headaches? What can I do to feel better?
Expert:  Dr. David replied 5 months ago.

not drinking enough water, poor diet, alcohol, lack of sleep can cause headaches.

you should see your GP doctor about the headaches.

improving your diet, eating more protein and fruits and vegetables and cutting out carbohydrates, bread, sodas, rice can help you loose weight

regular exercise can help you improve your energy levels

yoga and stretching can help improve your strength and energy as well and help you sleep better.
