A decongestant helps a stuffy head. Any generic for Dayquil or Nyquil will help your symptoms. You can gargle with warm salt water to help with the throat. Peppermint candies or cough drops both soothe the throat and make breathing easier. Steam inhalation can also help. For this you can pour a big bowl of boiling water, hold your head over it (be careful not to get burned!), place a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe deeply. You can put some oil of peppermint in the water if you like for the scent.
