why do you think you have a UTI?

how old are you?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
30, I haven't had sex so Im not worried about that. It's feeling irritated and I keep peeing. I took an at home UTI test last night and it didnt come up as anything but the feeling hasnt gone away.

you could have a bladder stone irritating your bladder

alcohol, caffeine, not drinking enough water can cause bladder irritation.

overactive bladder syndrome can cause UTI symptoms

you have to see a doctor and get a urinalysis and urine culture to check your urine for infection.

I dont have a bladder stone, I'm almost positive I have a UTI but it could potentially be a bacterial infection so Im wondering if the antibiotics are the same? Im trying to avoid going to the drs especially when I have the antibiotics here.

to know what antibiotic you should use, you need a urine culture which grows out the bacteria in your urine and then can bet tested against a panel of antibiotics. this is called a sensitivity and resistance panel.

some bacterial infections can be resistant to certain antibiotics.

only a urine culture can tell what antibiotics you need to fight a certain infection.
