Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

This is mildly elevated SGOT. SGPT looks normal range.
This can be due to the medications like statin commonly prescribed for high cholesterol.
Lab error is another common cause.
Fatty liver is also a possibility --diabetes is a predisposing factor.
Health diet, exercises, avoiding weight gain are good approaches for liver problem.
The test can be repeated again after a month.

Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
