I just had a 24hr flu still recovering from a lot of fluid loss.yesterday and today I've drank a lot of water but ive urinated maybe 8 times at the most.I do feel constipated but had 3or 4 movement's small ones ifeel I should be urinating more and it seems like I'm blocked up in my track what should I do.

A little dizziness not often some nausea not urinating enough to notice any pain.I do feel bloated and flatulence I have not flashes and taking heart pills for some stints

As per your description,you may have electrolyte imbalance resulting in low urine volume and dizziness.

I would advise you to start gatorade.

Also start to eat a BRATY diet (Banana,rice,apple sauce,toast and yogurt).

You should monitor your blood pressure and heart rate.
