Since how long is this happening?

It seems that you are offline, so I am writing you an initial answer. You may ask follow up questions later.

The chest pain after urination can occur due to;

1) Autonomic neuropathy.

2) Pelvic floor issue.

3) Spinal cord disease.

4) Interstitial cystitis

The other possibilities of the diagnosis are;

1) Esophageal spasm
2) Esophageal motility disorder
3) Esophagitis.

Having said that, you should get the following investigations done;

a) EKG

b) Echocardiography of the heart.

c) Ultrasound of abdomen.

d) Video urodynamics.

These should be able to clinch the diagnosis.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.

Thanks for using Just Answer.
