Yesturday I started getting very sharp constant pain under

Customer Question

Yesturday I started getting very sharp constant pain under my left arm to my chest. Also under my left shoulder blade. The pain went up the left of my neck to my jaw. Behind my eye. My head was hurting so bad. Today my chest hurts. Like tender and sore. My left breast area. I feel like vomiting. Is this stress?
JA: Have you ever dealt with this before? Are you having any shortness of breath?
Customer: When I breath deep it hurts in that tender area of the left. I get fatigued easy it seems.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Last summer I had a clot in my right lung.

Hi, I'm Dr. Nissinen.

How was your blood clot treated, are you still taking medication for it?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
A blood thinner. No longer taking meds.

Any palpitations, any shortness of breath?

Expert:  Janne Nissinen replied 8 months ago.

Also did they ever figure out where the blood clot came from?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
It hurts to deep breath. To cough...etc. it's not shallow to where I am struggling to breath. As long as I am relaxed.

Never figured it out. Could not tell me if it be due to birth control. Could not confirm due to a lot of traveling.
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Dr. Did feel more due to the travel. Could not confirm.

Honestly, if you had no history of a blood clot I would not be very concerned, however given your history of having a blood clot it does raise your risk for another one. Pain as what you are describing could be just from muscles but if the underlying lung is affected it can also cause irritation of the lining of the lung which would cause pain upon a deep breath. I believe you should be checked's better to be safe than sorry.

Did ultrasound on my legs could not tell me if the clot came from my legs.
