I'm so sorry you haven't received a reply in all this time. The reason is that no one can tell how to cure something without knowing what is causing it. Anal leakage can be from fairly simple things such as hemorrhoids or excessive mucus production due to a colon polyp to more serious things like ulcerative colitis, STDs, and even different types of cancer.

It will require a colonoscopy to begin to sort out what is causing the problem.

Please don't shoot the messenger. It's just not possible to cure something when you don't know what it is, and there is no way to determine what it is without a colonoscopy.

Kind regards,
