My head is so congested. I am taking a Z pack and Zertec but my head feels like I am underwater and can't hear very well
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Is there anything in particular that makes your head feel worse or better?
Customer: Well I have going back and forth to the doctor for over a month. They have run cat scans, chest ex-rays, blood test...EKG you name it I

Customer: I've taked steroids, Albuterol, Augmentin Yes I have hypertension

I am sorry for your symptoms.
There can be a few causes for the feeling.
Common cause is collection of fluid in ear.
This can occur in an infection, otitis media.
Eustachian tube block can cause it.
I would suggest to take an examination by an ENT specialist.
Nasal decongestants, steroid can help.
But those need to be prescribed by taking consideration of your underlying health condition.
