I accidentally swallowed my 3 teeth dental bridge a week

Customer Question

I accidentally swallowed my 3 teeth dental bridge a week ago. It has not passed out yet. I had an xray after 4 days, the doctor said he thought it was in my colin. I am feeling nauseous and discomfort in my abdominal area. Should I give my body a few more days to pass it?
JA: Have you noticed any swelling in the gums? When was your last visit to the dentist?
Customer: No swelling in the gums. I saw the dentist 6 days ago.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: Not that I can think of.
