Hello again,I was waiting for your reply. The pain on the right upper part can be from a few causes.Inflammation of the liver, gall bladder disease can cause pain in the right side below the rib cage.It can go to back in gall bladder, liver conditions. But her ultrasound came out normal.Sometimes peptic ulcer pain can also be felt on the right side.It can go down or to the back.It can come from muscular pain when it aggravates with movement or sitting.Sometimes pleural inflammation pain can be referred here which can increase in deep respiration.Acetaminophen can help in muscular pain.Gastritis or peptic ulcer pain can get worse after meal.
In that case, antacid, zantac will work.I hope this information helps. If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.Regards.
