Thank you for all the information,
I am sorry for your symptoms.
There can be a few possibilities.
It can be from inflammation of prostate, prostatitis.
The sensation can be referred here.
There can be an infection or perineal abscess but that would usually cause swelling, redness.
So it seems unlikely.
A painful anal condition like a fissure can cause burning.
Another possibility is nerve impingement.
I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
A digital examination, urine analysis, ultrasound can be required.
Treatment would then follow.
You can take sitz bath which is to sit in warm water for 10 -15 min , 2-3 times a day.
It will be soothing.
Antiinflammatory medicines like motrin or naproxen can also be of help, if you have no contraindication to them.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
Wish your early recovery.
Please rate my answer excellent if you are satisfied with it.
