Customer Question

I have severe pain in my lower back wrapping around both sides to the front. It came on very suddenly.
JA: Have you had any recent injuries? What seems to make the pain better or worse?
Customer: No injuries. The pain in slightly better when I walk. Sitting and standing make it worse.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I've had occasional stiffness in my lower back. The pain intensifies if I take a deep breath.

The things we worry about it is a herniated disc, kidney stones or a pinched nerve. Have you had anything like this in the past?
