Does he have any other symptom?

Any redness, swelling?

How is his growth & development so far?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No redness or swelling. He is developing and growing fine. I have noticed that he has sensitive eyes. If the sun is in his eyes, he will say mommy eyes eyes.

Thank you for all the information,
I am sorry for his symptoms.
Blinking is a normal reflex to sunlight, bright light.
Light from i pad,or tv can be a factor.
It can be from irritation of eyes.
Dry eyes, foreign bodies can irritate eyes.
Sometimes, it can be tics, alignment of eyes.
It can be from stress too.

As growth or development is fine, it is unlikely a serious issue.
However, if the symptom continues, I would suggest to take an examination by his doctor.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
Wish him good health.

Thank you for your help. If it were a tic does he have to have excessive blinking?
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
He also got strep throat 3 days ago. Would that be a factor to this?
Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 10 months ago.

You are always welcome.

Tic can cause excessive blinking.

Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 10 months ago.

Strep throat is unlikely a factor unless there is congestion of eyes.

As you wrote before, he is not having any redness in eyes.
