I am sorry for your symptoms.
ESR or Sed rate does not pinpoint to a diagnosis.
It can be raised in many inflammatory conditions.
An infection can also raise the level.
Besides infection or inflammation, it can be raised in anemia.
But your hemoglobin is not that low.
Increase in WBC count suggest an infection or inflammation too.
Your other reports suggest rh arthritis.
Swelling of joints occur from it.
In Rh arthritis, ESR can be raised.
I feel you need an evaluation by a rheumatologist.Your RA factor is positive.

So an evaluation by rheumatologist would be helpful.

Is it a serious disease?
Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 9 months ago.

It is not serious but would need regular follow ups.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
What is the exact reason for this
Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 9 months ago.

This indicates low vitamin D.

Vitamin D deficiency is there.

This can occur from less intake, less exposure to sunlight.
