Customer Question

Hi, so basically I've been getting intense headaches which feel like they're right behind my eyes on a regular basis. I'm constantly tired and find my self more clumsy than usual. I also have unexplained bruising in my inner thigh.
JA: Is the headache episodic or daily? And what about nausea?
Customer: Episodic but will last a few days. I often feel nauseated most days
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I often, randomly and unexplainablely pass out!

You need a very careful and thorough work up..

I start with the last symptom first as the most concerning ..

You pass out ...that could be for a number of reasons but this needs to be sorted out ..

You may need to have your orthostatub vitals checked // pulse and blood pressure // lying > sitting > standing

You should have evaluation for possible heart rhythm disturbance --- 12 lead EKG plus a 24 hour HOLTER monitor

You may need an EEG .. So a neurologist may oversee part of your needed evaluation / primary care doctor may have a part and possibly a cardilogist ..

The reason for you passing out needs to be sorted out and treated and your other symptoms need evaluation as well ...

Potential easy bruising and headaches ..

Primary care doctor may play a part to check this bruising ( vitamin C deficiency may cause / coagulation proteins may be checked with blood tests and bloodcplatelets as well )

Neurologist would be helpful to evaluate the headaches and nausea as well

I hope that this information is helpful for you
