Can't feel any major swelling though the right testicls seems a bit larger.
No other medical illness or medication.
I had sex with a partner the day before but it was protected (infact wore two condoms...not sure if that helps), but in that episode she did suck on the testicles.
No other discharge or pain while urinating

Thanks for the follow-up.
I understand your concern.

Blood in semen is known as hematospermia. Brownish color semen can be due to blood mixed with semen. It may come from urethra, prostate ,epididymis, seminal vesicles or testis. There may be -Inflammation , Infection, trauma or growth, Sometimes no cause may be found too. Blood in the semen is usually the result of inflammation of the seminal vesicles, and will usually go away spontaneously. If the blood does not clear within 3-5 days you should consult doctor to find the precise cause. Analysis of semen, urine & ultrasound of scrotum and testicles may be needed to be done.

Considering that my ejaculate is no longer red or even brown, but just a slight yellow there a large cause for worry.

You can get your semen routine and culture done to rule out any infection.

Chances are that this should resolve and should not be a problem.
