I accidentally took 2 of my 20 mg benazapril blood pressure

Customer Question

I accidentally took 2 of my 20 mg benazapril blood pressure medicine just now. I'm supposed to take 1 in the morning & 1 in the evening. I just noticed my meds sitting on the counter & realized I'd forgotten to take it this morning. I take it with 2 metformin each time, so I think I had that "2" on the brain & took both benazaprils at once.
What should I do?

You do not need do anything...

You take 40mg of benazepril on each day except you split the dose

This medicine may be taken in single or split dosing ..You shall be fine and no reason to worry ..

Don't take the evening 20 mg ...

Just resume your normal routine tomorrow ...

Your blood pressure pattern will be Very similar today as most days and you do not need worry
