Hello,Thank you for your question.I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.Since when are you having this issue?Do you have any other symptom? or past illness?Did you have any test?Did you consult doctor or take any measure?
Thank you for the information,
I am sorry for your symptoms. The pain can be due to a few possibilities. It can be due to a problem in the kidney or urinary tract. Common causes of kidney pain are an infection or stone. Other cause can be a pinched nerve or muscle strain.Arthritis of the spine, disc disease can cause pinching of nerve. It can be aggravated with movement. I would advise to take an examination by doctor. He can take a few tests like urine analysis, ultrasound, scan etc. You can take tylenol or ibuprofen for pain. Please try to drink plenty of fluid.I hope this information helps. If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know. Please rate my answer excellent if you are satisfied with it.Regards.
Sorry for the delay.
Etoricoxib will help to reduce the pain from inflammation from arthritis.
Ultrasound would detect stone in the kidney or urinary tract.
So stone is unlikely here.
A scan would give a better picture of the joint.
There can be nerve impingement in L5, L6 region.
The pain can be felt around the waist.
Nerve pain can move down the leg.
Other possibility is involvement of hip.
Please get an examination by doctor as the pain is persisting in spite of taking etoricoxib.
