My blood pressure is 178/94 pulse of 110 this has been the lowest reading since yesterday. I have a little shortness of breath. I have taken all of my meds as prescribed. My question is with my readings being this high should I seek medical attention.

Okay,

your blood pressure needs to be lowered with more medication, but you likely need to be monitored for a few hours while this is carried out. Your heart rate also needs to be lowered as well or it may cause chest pain. I would recommend you go to an ER as soon as possible
