Thank you for your question.
I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.
Since when are you having this issue?

Is the pulsation constant?

How large is the area?

Do you have any other symptom? or past illness?
Did you have any test?

Hello again,
I was waiting for your reply.
The pulsation can come from a few causes.
There can be a superficial or under the skin artery.
It can be dilated or tortuous.
Other cause can be a muscle twitching.
Muscle twitching can be confused with pulsation.
Muscle twitching can occur from anxiety, stress.
If you are having those, please avoid it.
Sometimes, deficiency of calcium, irritation of nerve can be factors.
Your doctor would examine & treat it accordingly.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
Please rate my answer excellent if you are satisfied with it”
