Well as you describe,possible causes may include Scabies,Eczema.

You should take OTC Zyrtec and Motrin.

Also do cool water bath and apply 1% hydrocortisone cream.

Wear loose fitted cotton clothes.

Avoid any cosmetic.

Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids.

Eat a bland diet and avoid spicy,fried,fat rich food.

You should take a multi-vitamin supplement.

Change your bed sheets,clothes,towels,etc and wash them in disinfectant.

Avoid sharing anything with others.

It can be contagious.
So see your doctor or dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
