Thank you for your question.
I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.
How old are you?

How frequently do you feel those?
Do you have any other symptom? or past illness?
Did you have any test?
Did you consult doctor or take any measure?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm 45. This is the first time I have felt this. I'm not feeling sick or have any sinus symptoms, etc. I had a brain scan years ago with my BPPV but this feels different. I haven't seen a doctor since nothing is open

Are the feeling on both sides of head or on one side?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's right in the middle of my forehead

Thank you for all the information,
BPPV or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is a common cause for vertigo.
But as there are other symptoms like tingling, blurry vision, a different cause can be there.
Visual changes can cause a dizzy feeling.
Abnormal blood supply to brain, migraine, cerebellar disease can be cause sometimes.
I am sorry for your symptoms.
I would suggest to take an examination in urgent care if you can not see your doctor.
A repeat scan, ophthalmological exam can be taken.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
