Hello !

What happened from this kidney infection and renal failure back in Feb?

Did you recover?

Renal function status ? Are you making urine on your own now or on dialysis ?

With flank pain now you need to be seen...

Urine checked again for infection ..

ER would see you regardless of ability to pay ...options available to help you and to fit your income even if zero ...

Ruling out kidney infection and early treatment is key for you NOW >>> ASAP I would say

Repeat cultures and checking for bacterial resistance

Chances are that different bacterial strain may be causing infection and pain now ...

I hope that this is helpful for you

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns

I will be happy to get back with you

If my answer has been helpful and to your satisfaction then please remember to leave positive feedback

Thank you and Best Regards,

Anthony Bray MD
