i have an enlarged lymph node in my groin which i had an ultrasound on yesterday and have had blood tests this morning but have become very nauseous and was just seeing what or if it is from the lymphnode

An infection, pain be associated with nausea.
It is possible to come from infection of lymph node.
I would suggest to inform your doctor.
You can take pain medicines like tylenol or motrin.
Reduction of intensity of pain can reduce nausea feeling.
