Customer Question

I took an at-home HIV Oraquick Test. I showed as negative (not having HIV). I did every thing by the book, but I think I my have swabbed my upper and lower, right and left gums twice (2 times) instead of doing like the directions said (only once, 1 time). The 'C' showed up clearly and the other area went from red/pink to all white except for the 'C' line. I am just worried about the double swabbing. Could I have got a "false negative"?
JA: Are you experiencing any swelling? Do your gums bleed when you brush or floss?
