As per your description, possible differential diagnosis may include blood pressure fluctuation,high blood sugar levels, inflammation of the inner ear, called labyrinthitis,Transient ischemic attack,Viral infection.
I would advise you some self care remedies until you see your doctor.

Monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
Maintain a good hydration with Gatorade or plenty of fluids.
Elevate your legs and massage on soles of feet.
Do gentle massage with topical diclofenac sodium ointment on back of neck.
Also take OTC Meclizine to relieve dizziness.
Eat small meals at regular intervals.

Take OTC Aspirin.
Avoid sudden change of position from sitting to standing.
If your symptoms'll not show any improvement over the time then visit ER.
