The nails can indicate a problem but some gray lines is not one of them. The hormone changes of pregnancy can do funny things to skin and finger nails. It's not generalized so you shouldn't worry. You can bring up subject with your doctor where they can be looked at. Again, don't worry. Have a healthy baby.

chances are it is not a symptoms of melanoma?

I was mostly concerned about melanoma? It is on about 3 nails. Is melanoma a concern?
Expert:  Dr Ted Manos replied 1 year ago.
Melanoma is highly unlikely. You certainly wouldn't have multiple primary lesions nor have metastatic melanoma appeared in finger nails. Ask your doctor but I've never seen it reported in more than fingernail.

Fingernail melanoma rarely seen in non-dark skin individuals. Only is seen in the thumb or great toe and not multiple sites.
