Hello i all of the sudden had extreme flank pain in my lower back and I got super hot and vomited. I have been fine all day. Once i threw up the pain is still there but subsided. Now i have the urge to pee but i dont go. Could this be kidney stones?

No i peed earlier and no pain. An hour ago i peed and was fine. This all of a sudden happened. Pain in lower back on my lower right side. Now i have the sensation of needing to pee but i dont. I had an extreme wave of pain 10 mins ago and vomited water. I have only had an egg sandwhich this morning and coffee. I thought i had a yeast infection 4days ago and took a flucanozole but that was days ago! Would it be kidney stones blocking my uretha?

In my opinion you should undergo a urine complete examination and Urine culture examination to rule out urinary tract infection.

Also you need a ultrasound examination of the whole abdomen and X-Ray(K.U.B) for appropriate diagnosis and management.

To rule out U.T.I

To rule out Urinary Calculus,Sludge formation.

You can try some self care remedies in the meantime like

Maintain a good hydration.

Take OTC Advil.

Also warm compresses with a heating pad on affected site.

Take OTC Emetrol for nausea.

Also try AZO pills.

See a doctor at ER if pain gets worse over the time.

Feel free for further queries. It's good to discuss rather than quit.
