As you describe light bleeding from anus it can be due to anal fissure or piles(hemorrhoids)
You need a clinical examination and proctoscopy for appropriate diagnosis.

Anal fissure is usually painful.

Hemorrhoids cause painless bleeding.

High blood pressure can be due to dietary factors and sedentary lifestyle or alcohol.

The DASH diet is a lifelong approach to healthy eating that's designed to help treat or prevent high blood pressure (hypertension). The DASH diet encourages you to reduce the sodium in your diet and eat a variety of foods rich in nutrients that help lower blood pressure, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.

You should get your blood sugar levels checked as well to rule out diabetes.

Medication may be required to control blood pressure if dietary measures are not enough.

Dry mouth can be due to stress, anxiety and also it can be due to dehydration.Drinking too much alcohol can cause dehydration and may be related to dry mouth.

You should hydrate your self as well and drink plenty of fluids.

Avoid alcohol for few days to see if it helps.

I hope this helps
