My temperature is currently 39.1°C, my heart rate is 117 bpm, and my blood pressure is 143/85.
I've been battling dizziness and a chesty cough since Friday night (it's currently 5.00pm Sunday afternoon here)
Should I be concerned about this?
JA: How long have you been dealing with the cough? Are you having any other symptoms?
Customer: The cough started as a dry, tickly cough at about 3pm Friday afternoon. It got worse on Friday evening
My head really hurts when I cough
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I'm currently taking quite a number of vitamins and minerals.. Vitamin C, Magnesium, Evening primrose oil, iron and vitamin D. I'm also taking 225mg of Venaflaxine/Effexor every morning Ok- thanks :)

Your symptoms are not alarming but concerning and warrant following;

1) An x-ray of chest and sinuses to rule out sinusitis or walking pneumonia (which can be viral or mild bacterial lung infection).

2) Complete blood counts and comprehensive metabolic panel.

3) A course of antibiotics.

Meanwhile you may do following;

a) Plenty of warm fluids; soups, vegetable broths.

b) Rest.

c) Steam inhalation.

d) Acetaminophen / Paracetamol.
