I have been burping but it doesnt help. I dont want to go to the emergency room and they tell me its just gas. What do you think?

Hello and thank you for your question.

I understand your concern.

As per your description, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, chills, bloating, nausea are associated with Gastroenteritis.

You should take some self care remedies like

Maintain a good hydration with Gatorade.

Start citrucel and Gas X.

Also take OTC Emetrol for nausea.

Take OTC Naproxen/Advil for pain abdomen.

Warm compresses with a heating on abdomen can be tried.

Take Imodium/Peptobismol if you have severe diarrhea.

Monitor your blood pressure.

Start a probiotic.

Eat a BRATY diet(banana,rice,apple sauce,toast and yogurt).

If you'll not see any improvement then see your doctor or visit Emergency room for further management.

Feel free for further queries. It's good to discuss rather than quit.
