I have had a complete blood panel. The doctor said everything was fine. However my calculated bun/creatin level was 35 which is high. What does that mean?
JA: In general, how has your health been lately?
Customer: I have had several bladder infections which have been taken care of with antibiotics. I have had a lot digestive problems that I cant seem to get worked out.

I understand your concern.

An increased ratio may be due to a condition that causes a decrease in the flow of blood to the kidneys, such as dehydration. It may also be seen with increased protein in the diet.

I hope this helps

You should maintain good hydration.

Also limit your protein intake.
