Thank you for your question.
I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.
Since when are you having those symptoms?
Do you have fever, pain?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no fever, no pain. i had a really bad virus and then a sinus infection started up maybe two weeks ago or so. its thick clear discharge, i had pain but after i took sudafed and nasacort for three days it went away. so i stopped the sudafed and now i still have a post nasal drip. i am taking nasacort and doing a neti pot rinse twice a day.

Thank you for all the information,
As there is no pain or fever, you can wait & see.
The discharge is also clear.
You can continue sudafed for a few days more.
If there is no improvement, I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
You can do warm salt water gargling.
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt needs to be dissolved in an 8-ounce of warm water.
This can be soothing.
I hope this information helps.
