I have stinging itching with no rash. It happens when I get hot. After a shower and also when exposed to the sun. I am 62 and over menopause, with controlled HBP .

the itching could be due to your hot flashes. medications like effexor could help

you can also try Allegra or Claritin or benadryl at night time and see if that helps.

you should get blood tests to check your thyroid hormone levels which can cause itching.

some medications can cause itching. what medications are you taking?
