I was waiting for your reply.
I am sorry for your health condition.
You might be having anal fissure.
It can cause pain, tightness in anus.
You need an examination by doctor.
You can take sitz bath a few times daily.
It is sitting in warm water for 10-15 min.
You can apply hemorrhoid cream like preparation H.
You can buy it over the counter.
It will relieve your pain.
You can also take analgesic, antiinflammatory medicine like motrin after food to relieve the pain.
Other treatment options are prescription medicine like nitroglycerin or nifedipine cream.
They would relax the anal sphincter & increase blood flow.
This can help with healing of fissure & reduce the pain.
Please take plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits & fluid to keep the stool softer.
OTC stool softener like metamucil can be taken if you have constipation.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
