Thank you for your question.
I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.

Is there any swelling, redness?

Is it tender to touch?

Expert:  Dr. Saha replied 1 year ago.

Hello again,

I was waiting for your reply.

If there is no swelling, redness then it may not be related to teeth or gum.
There is a possibility of nerve related pain like trigeminal neuralgia.
You would need prescription grade medicine like carbamazepine.
I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
He can adjust the dose as you are on dialysis.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
