I am Dr Saha, I shall try my best to help you.
Since when are you having this issue?

Did neck pain & voice problem appear at the same time?
Did you try any measure or consult doctor?

Did you have any test?

Neck pain for several months then my voice about a week. I have tried anything because was not sure what to do but I did have ears that had serum impaction and have it removed by an ENT and he did not see anything else . Since then my neck has continued to hurt. No tests were done.

Thank you for all the information,
There can be separate issues.
Weak voice & throat pain can be from laryngitis.
This can occur from an infection.
Allergy, overuse of voice can cause it.
As you have GERD, it can play a part.
Acid reflux can irritate larynx.
Neck pain, tingling in arm can be from cervical or neck spine problem.
There can be disc disease with pressure on nerve.
I would suggest to consult your primary doctor first & discuss those issues with him.
He can refer you to ENT, orthopedic after tests.
Physio can help in neck pain.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
