It sounds that you should have the pain checked out....

Your pattern of pain seems pleuritic in nature ...

Do you have pain with taking a deep breath ?

Have you had much cough?

Any shortness of breath ?

You have had not noticed racing of your heart have you?

Any fever ?

The pain with cough or sneeze may reflect that movement of the chest wall or diaphragm aggravates your pain...

Often pleurisy or pleuritis ( inflammation of lining between lung and chest wall ) may cause ...this may be due to viral respiratory infection as more common cause >>> in this case we would treat with oral anti-inflammatory medicine ....

This type pain at times may be due to more serious problems...onset of a bacterial pneumonia can do it ..

More serious potential a pulmonary embolism ( blood clot to lungs) may cause such pain..( other symptoms usually offer clues to pulmonary embolism such as shortness of breath, rapid heart rate ..)

So I think it best that you be seen and edically checked today ..

I hope that this information is helpful for you

I will be happy to get back with you
