Absence of menstruation for 1 year is considered as menopause.
However, you are still young.
An associated illness can cause absence of menstruation.
Placid is unlikely the cause.
The common cause of bleeding here are thinning or atrophy and inflammation of the vaginal wall.
Both thinning and thickening of the endometrium or inner uterine wall can cause bleeding.
Infection is a frequent cause which can be easily treated by antibiotic.
Uterine. cervical polyp, growth can cause bleeding too.
Any abnormal bleeding should be checked by doctor.
Vaginal swab, blood or hormone tests, ultrasound are few tests which can be decided by doctor.
I would suggest to take an examination by the gynecologist.
I hope this information helps.
If there’s anything else I can do, please let me know.
If you are satisfied, please rate my answer as good or excellent.
