Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Miralax will not interact with mag citrate after about 12 hours of last mag citrate dose in the afternoon.

Since you already got a BM you do not need to take miralax today.

You can take miralax tomorrow morning again without problem.

Stomach pain, diarrhea are possible side effects.

But you do not have any such symptoms.

Do not worry.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
