I have a lump on my warm above elbow - about 2" above elbow on inside of arm - just wondered what it was?

The lump does not appear to be quite raised above surface.
There can be a few possibilities.
There can be a growth from bone as it is hard & not moving.
Lipoma or collection of fat cells can occur here.
Another possibility is a cyst associated with joint.
Cyst, lipomas are benign conditions.
I feel you need an examination in person.
I would suggest to take an examination by doctor.
