Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Given your history, there is a small risk.

You should get a PET CT scan or a MRI scan of the liver for further evaluation.

Most likely this is just fatty liver related issue.

Blood clot risk is increased with any history of malignancy.

Hereditary blood clot disorders also should be ruled out by a hematologist.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
